| | | recognizably derived from the original, except that a work that |
|---|
| | | constitutes a Collection will not be considered an Adaptation for |

|---|
| | | synchronization of the Work in timed-relation with a moving image |

| | | i. "You" means an individual or entity exercising rights under this |

|---|
